Aniket brings the vibrant spices, hearty misals, and coastal warmth of Maharashtra. Abhijna brings the delicate, aromatic filter coffees, ghee-soaked dosas, and heritage tiffins of Karnataka. Together, they founded Nairutya Cafe in Pune as an ode to culinary synergy.

Handcrafted daily using stone-ground fermentation, authentic Byadagi chilli infusions, fresh coconut churns, and dollops of pure artisan butter.
Benne Dosa
Crispy, cloud-thick golden dosa brushed generously with artisanal fresh white butter (Benne), served with spiced potato palya and coconut chutney.
Benne Pudi Dosa
Crisp crepe layered generously with aromatic roasted Karnataka gun powder (chutney pudi), desi ghee, and red garlic chutney smear.
Konkani Ghavan
Tender, lacy Maharashtrian unfermented rice crepes made on iron griddles. Incredibly soft, paired with fiery thecha and fresh grated coconut chutney.
Ghee Thatte Idli
Steamy, pillowy plate-sized Karnataka idli doused in pure aromatic desi ghee, served with tangy red tomato chutney and authentic coconut blend.
Benne Garlic Roast
Extra crispy golden roast infused with slow-simmered garlic paste, roasted spices, and crowned with melting butter right from the tawa.
Crispy Paddu / Aappe
Known as Paddu in Hubballi and Appe in Kolhapur, crisp golden rounds seasoned with shallots, crushed green chillies, and mustard tempering.
