Two people.
Two states.
One table.
Nairutya was born when Aniket from Maharashtra and Abhijna from Karnataka brought their shared love of authentic South-West Indian food together. A culinary meeting point where Karnataka's buttery benne dosas meet Maharashtra's lacy ghavans.
Across the borderlands of the Western Ghats lies a vibrant gastronomic rhythm - from the fragrant coffee hills of Chikmagalur and the crisp tiffin hubs of Bengaluru, to the smoky Kolhapuri spices and delicate coconut hearths of the Konkan coastline. Nairutya is our humble tribute to this shared table.
